Raquel E. Torres Reyes graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a B.A. in Social Sciences. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University School of Law and was admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar in 2008. She is also a Notary Public. Mrs. Torres handles a broad spectrum of civil litigation cases, including medical malpractice, personal injury, employment claims, breach of contract, among others. She has successfully litigated many civil cases via summary judgment. Additionally, Mrs. Torres represents clients in administrative proceedings and provides legal counsel to state agencies, public corporations and municipalities in a variety of government related issues. She also provides legal advice to credit unions seeking to establish business in Puerto Rico.
