Experience Overview:

Claudia C. Raffucci Pino graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, with a B.A. in psychology. She obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and was admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar in 2009. That same year Mrs. Raffucci joined González López & López Adames. Mrs. Raffucci’s practice includes employment litigation in state and administrative forums, as well as compliance and preventive consulting in matters concerning labor and employment laws, mainly in the public sector. She has also acted as spokeswoman in the negotiation of two collective bargaining agreements, and has represented employers in the employee’s representative selection procedure. Additionally, Mrs. Raffucci provides counsel in a wide range of government affairs issues to state agencies, public corporations and municipalities. She also represents creditors in commercial foreclosure proceedings before the state court.
